Adam Kirton

Adam Kirton graduated from Cambridge University in 2013, with a BA in Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic studies. His origins lie in the industrial powerhouses of northern England, though he was never too far away from the beauty of the Lake and Peak districts. This fascinating environment and its rich history combined to give Adam a love of how we perceive and present the past.

This drove him to study the language, literature, and histories of Northern Europe. He looks to the myths and legends of old for inspiration.

Adam works full time in London, and is currently writing a revenge trilogy set in Britain’s Dark Age.
He has had short stories published in The Audit, and Gesta, wrote articles for The Cambridge Tab, and his poem Hear my Heart was published in the Modern Poets on Viking Poetry anthology.
When he finds time he also runs his blog at talesfromadam.blogspot.co.uk

Adam’s story The Library is featured in our Apocalypse Chronicles anthology.
