Lydia Sherrer is an indie author whose modern fantasy series Love, Lies, and Hocus Pocus debuts in April 2016. She has a deep love for the speculative, what-if aspect of dystopian and apocalyptic science fiction and her short story Hope is featured in Almond Press’ Apocalypse Chronicles anthology. She believes in writing for positive change, using stories to help us better understand ourselves, who we are, and who we should become. She hails from rural Kentucky, though currently resides in Louisville, KY. In her spare time, Lydia enjoys playing fantasy music on her Ocarina (yes, that thing from the Zelda games), LARPing with her husband, and taking pictures of her cat. In rare moments of stolen time, she also enjoys archery, drawing, traveling, and not-cooking. That last one may not be a legitimate hobby, but she still enjoys it. You can find out more about her writing, plus sign up for her bi-monthly newsletter to get news and giveaways on her website, www.lydiasherrer.com
